The Service

IYNK® is a subscription‑based website platform that allows tattoo artists and studios to build and manage websites using pre‑designed templates and tools.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions and Payments

• IYNK® operates on a recurring subscription basis • Fees are billed in advance according to your selected plan • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access • Subscription fees are non‑refundable unless required by law

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in IYNK®, including: • Website templates • Platform features • Design systems • Code and infrastructure

remain the exclusive property of Ink Marketing Group Ltd.

Licence to Use

Upon an active subscription, you are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use IYNK® solely for building and operating your own website.

You may not: • Resell, sublicense, or transfer the platform • Migrate IYNK® templates or systems to another provider • Reverse engineer or reproduce any part of the platform

Client Content

• You retain ownership of all content you upload • You grant Ink Marketing Group Ltd a licence to host, display, and process your content solely to operate the service • You confirm you have the rights to all content you upload

Misuse, Infringement, and Enforcement

IYNK® is intended for legitimate use by tattoo artists and studios using their own original work or work they have the legal right to use.

If we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have: • Misused the platform • Uploaded or displayed stolen artwork, designs, or intellectual property • Impersonated another artist or studio • Infringed the rights of third parties

we reserve the right to immediately and permanently suspend or terminate your account without notice.

In cases involving stolen or infringed work, we may: • Remove the infringing content • Contact the original rights holder or affected party • Provide relevant account details where legally required • Cooperate with legal or formal complaints • Take legal action where appropriate

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if: • Subscription payments fail • These terms are breached • The platform is misused or abused

Upon termination, access to the platform and hosted website may be removed.

Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance or updates may occasionally affect access.

Limitation of Liability

Ink Marketing Group Ltd is not liable for: • Loss of profits or business • Loss of data outside our reasonable control • Indirect or consequential damages

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
